Sr. Software Engineer (100% REMOTE IN USA)

• Build features, fix bugs and tackle tech debt as part of an engineering team
• Contribute to and sometimes lead agile ceremonies
• Write automated tests
• Contribute to high level architecture and design
• Mentor other engineers
• Contribute to process analysis and improvement

 
Skills/Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                                                     
Our engineering team is looking for a Senior Engineer that wants to make a strong impact on the development of our product. Senior Software Engineers work closely with design and product to build features, platforms and solve technical problems. They also are play a vital role in the mentorship of our Junior Engineers.  

• 4+ years of experience writing software with Node and/or .Net/C# and Javascript/Typescript, React and/or Angular
• Experience writing web applications
• Outstanding personal skills
• Working knowledge of OO
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Excellent software design skills
• Experience using JIRA and Git on medium or large teams

Nice to have:

• TDD experience
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Development
• Knowledge of functional programming
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with AWS
