JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an exceptional Salesforce Application Architect to both lead and serve our enterprise architecture, business application design, and data governance implementation for global operations teams. This is a hands-on high visibility role, closely collaborating with business leaders across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Account Management, Client Success, Finance, Legal, and Program Operations to continuously improve our problem-solving
capabilities.
  • Lead business analysis and align process and technology to business outcomes by developing strong relationships and deep understanding of strategy and objectives
  • Own the design and documentation of Salesforce and integrated systems for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform solutions
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product roadmap and kanban
  • Lead and contribute to an experienced team of Salesforce developers, analysts, and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Act as change control manager, orchestrate QA and acceptance testing, and approve deployment plans
  • Collaborate with product and enterprise architects to integrate Salesforce data in business controls and customer-facing application   sel discussions about architecture, infrastructure, design, technology choices, hiring, etc.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have experience owning a broad-scale Salesforce (Sales and Service Clouds) implementation serving multiple operational functions with 10+ data integrations and 5+ user-facing managed packages (e.g. Conga, Tableau, TaskRay, Gong, Highspot, ZoomInfo)
  • You can demonstrate success implementing complex cross-functional business processes utilizing a broad range of Salesforce technologies (e.g. Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, APIs, AppExchange packages, Platform Events, CPQ)
  • You’re active in the Salesforce community and have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, release schedule, and way of doing things
  • You value hard work, collaboration, solving problems, and the ability to strike the right balance between speed, quality, and execution
