Sr. Salesforce Administrator (100% Remote) Job Description/Responsibilities As the Senior Salesforce Administrator you will work cross-functionally to identify, develop and deploy new business processes within and/or related to Salesforce. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform and its connectivity to the broader data ecosystem.
Collaborate with business partners to proactively administer our Salesforce instance
Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, chatter groups, flows, process builders, workflow rules, email templates, and integration of other tools to optimize business processes
Self-manage to complete pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities
Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Ensure declarative implementation work meets user requirements and doesn’t degrade other business processes on the platform
Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable standards
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, prevent problem escalation, and provide solution tracking in Jira
Maintain knowledge of the latest releases and security concerns raised in each cycle for our implementation
Skills/Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
3+ years of experience administering Salesforce instances
Experience configuring integrations for Salesforce, using Boomi or a similar integration tool
Ability to visualize, analyze, communicate, and solve complex problems and make well-adapted decisions based on available information
Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling including experience in conducting gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives
Ability to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as build custom solutions or implement app exchange applications
