Our company is a financial technology company powering digital asset exchanges and brokerages worldwide. Through its secure, scalable, and customizable white label digital asset trading platform, we have enabled over 150 customers in 35 countries to launch and operate digital asset markets, as well as digitize assets.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior TechOps Team Member who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and evidence, a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for system uptime and integrity of customer systems - must be capable of building and architecting systems to maintain uptime
  • Documenting technical designs and creating training materials and documentation
  • Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Managing installations, upgrades, and maintenance of deployments of Linux, Windows and containerized environments
  • Work closely with DevOps to implement and scale-up automation of core tasks
  • Ensuring protection of data assets by maintaining strict security policies and guidelines
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively
  • Work alongside TechOps, IT staff, IT Security and System Administrators
Basic requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Expert system administrator for Linux based distributions
  • Expert in computer networks, hardware, support, IT security, and tools
  • Experience with multiple hosting environments (cloud, bare metal, VPS)
  • Experience with various Databases and SQL (MySQL preferable)
  • Highly organized, self-starter and detail-oriented
  • Programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, C#, Ansible)
