Our company is a financial technology company powering digital asset exchanges and brokerages worldwide. Through its secure, scalable, and customizable white label digital asset trading platform, we have enabled over 150 customers in 35 countries to launch and operate digital asset markets, as well as digitize assets.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior TechOps Team Member who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and evidence, a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior TechOps Team Member who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and evidence, a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and maintain existing features in the core exchange platforms
- Own functionality and scalability feature by taking responsibility from inception to deployment and customer integration
- Diagnose and resolve system issues in production and external customer-facing environments
- Build integration libraries and SDKs to interface with the platform APIs.
- Support maintaining and updating automated system testing and deployment framework
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience
- Strong capabilities in Typescript/JavaScript
- Experience with WebSockets and streaming data and HTTP
- Experience with Microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with protocol buffers and high throughput systems
- Security first mindset
