Job Description/Responsibilities   
  • Design, develop, and test electronic hardware products, including PCBs, schematics, and firmware, using Altium or equivalent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers, to develop and deliver high-quality products
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that components meet specifications and are delivered on time
  • Perform RF product design and PCB layout, including impedance matching, transmission line design, and EMI/EMC mitigation
  • Create and maintain documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans
  • Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues during development and in the field
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continually improve product design and development processes
 Skills/Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing electronic hardware products, with a focus on PCB design and Altium or equivalent software
  • Strong understanding of RF concepts and experience with RF chipset integration in PCBs, including impedance matching and transmission line design
  • Experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with embedded systems design and development
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (such as FCC, CE, and UL) and product safety standards
