What You’ll Actually Do
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools that drive immediate, measurable impact
- Design agentic workflows and autonomous systems—not just prompts, but end-to-end solutions
- Integrate LLMs directly into critical business platforms and data systems
- Own the full lifecycle: prototype → production → scale
- Set the standard for prompt engineering, context design, and AI evaluation
- Make real calls on tools and architecture—what to build vs. what to buy
- Partner directly with business leaders to turn AI capabilities into competitive advantage
What You Bring
- Strong engineering background (Python + JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- You’ve actually shipped AI features—not just experimented
- Comfortable working across APIs, integrations, and modern architectures
- You move fast, think pragmatically, and care about real-world impact
Bonus Points If You’ve Worked With
- Agentic systems, RAG pipelines, MCP, or vector databases
- AI copilots, coding agents, or automation frameworks
- Enterprise AI platforms (Azure AI, etc.)
- Regulated environments where security and data handling matter
